So I went to therapy

And it was a good session

We talked about my irritability the past few days, and how to get my anxiety in check.

I have a family reunion coming up so she gave me tips on how to deal with that…Ill get through it

Emotionally I’m ok, I’m doing a lot better than I was a few days ago, but every time I get my hopes up I always get let down. So I’m just taking it one day at a time

Ive been writing in my journal, and its been helping me track my moods. It also feels nice just to write things down and not keep them bottled up. Im going to try to keep up with it, because its helping me mentally.

I filmed a video about everything and I go into a lot more detail there. Im just a little drained right now
