World Suicide Prevention Day

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. As a person who has been down this road three different times, this day means a lot to me, because it is another year that I have survived. Its a tough road, and everyday is a battle. But you should know that you are not alone, and there is no shame in feeling the way you feel, your feelings are very valid and you should be heard! If you or anyone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts please contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline – 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

No one there will judge you, they are there to listen, and help. Again there is no shame in asking for help. I, also am here to help. I know how it feels to be in that place and you can always contact me or on iMessage We can get through this together.
