BPD Chat – Taking care of your body to reduce emotional vulnerability

This weeks BPD Chat was a pretty good one. We talked about things we could do to not stress ourselves out emotionally. A lot of people turned to the same type of behavior when stressed i.e. eating. But almost everyone had good ideas as to what to do, to make our lives a little easier
